Mkking families pay penalties for not buying into insurance will make more windfall profits for the health industry who broke the system in the first place. Insurers don&#39;t seem to want a free market when government penalties and subsidies will line their pockets. <br /><br />Why not just expand Medicare or sCHIPS for anyone who wants to buy in regardless of age?
