However, what&amp;#39;s to stop a manufacturer from increasing WAC arbitrarily to maintain pharmacy margins?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WAC is just a list price and, as I understand it, not really tied to what a retail pharmacy pays for the drugs.
