In anticipation of the Final Rule and Medicaid expansion, Dr. Fein will set the stage for the 2nd Annual Medicaid Rebate Summit with his address “How Medicaid Will Shape Pharma's Future”. Dr. Fein was chosen as the 2014 Keynote by being the most recommended speaker by manufacturers for his insights into pharmaceutical economics and the impact on Medicaid Drug Rebates.
The MRS Summit helps pharmaceutical, biotech and generic drug manufacturers along with states and pharmacy leaders to navigate the complexities of the Medicaid Rebate process.
Co-Chairs Jim Abrams, MBA, Director, Government Pricing & Reporting, Mylan Pharmaceuticals and Stephanie Kupski agreed on the timeliness of the agenda due to “the GP community eagerly awaiting the release of the final AMP rule in January”.
